I spent the afternoon playing around with mixing and matching fabrics for the “I heart to Knit tote”:http://karissacove.com/journal/2006/06/05/the-i-heart-to-knit-tote/ letters:

I love going through all of my different fabrics and matching them up — it’s like making a quilt, only less intense!

I only have one item left on “Etsy”:http://www.karissacove.etsy.com! EEEKKK! I rummaged through some more older stock and prototypes and found a few more goodies that I’ll put up later this week.

Stina: I have made Crackers + Honey Zine #1-#9 and I think that’s all I’ll do….I may do one more as a grand finale. If you would like to purchase any please let me know, there are still a few kicking around my studio.
Leahpeah: Yes, I have lots of little scraps! But I have to admit that they are *quite* organized. I keep my larger scraps folded in a suitcase so that way I can see exactly what I have and it’s not all messy. Then any smallish to teensy scraps, I keep in clear bags according to colours. So I have a bag of pinks, a bag of browns, etc.
A lot of my scraps have been passed down from my Grandmas and are very old, so I like to keep them seperate from all my other bits of fabric because I want to do something special with them. I usually use my scraps as appliques on purses and pouches. Sometimes I use my large scraps for quilts.
