Last week, I received a suprise package from my friend Tracy, who was teaching English in Japan (she came back last week, too!). The little parcel was jam-packed with all sorts of blissful Japanese goodies — plastic fish shaped soy sauce bottles, a silk scarf, candies….and this dish scrubber!
I just can’t believe how cute this little guy is! And how about these little Apple Head skewers!
My favourite is the expressions on their tiny faces.

i love how everything that’s practical is made into something cute in japan. i’d have a hard time scrubbing dishes with a face like that because i’d feel bad getting him dirty.
